Neville is a Managing Partner of AI Capital. He is also a co-founder and former President/COO of a major semantic artificial intelligence company. Prior to his venture and entrepreneurial pursuits, Mr. Teagarden had CIO/CTO roles at three Fortune 500 class companies over a 15-year executive career. Two of these grew from less than $1 billion to greater than $6 billion in revenue during his tenure. Neville also had responsibilities for technology venture transactions and overall M&A diligence and integration. In particular, he was Global CIO of both ProLogis, the largest global industrial REIT, and Navigant International, the second largest travel company behind American Express, following time at Janus Capital Group.
Neville is also an experienced practitioner with over a decade's experience developing enterprise systems across two generations of AI technology spanning multiple industries, including:

Neville received his degree from MIT where he was also a researcher in the MIT AI Laboratory. He resides in Parker, Colorado.
Ricky is a Managing Partner of AI Capital. Current corporate board member of Ipsidy (OTCBB: IDTY), Carii, Link3D, and former board member of Aspen University (NASDAQ:ASPU) 2014-2018. He has been an extremely active angel and seed investor and sits on advisory boards including Pattern Computer Inc., Aptage, and several others. Through the years, Mr. Solomon has structured many financings, both public and private and across industries.
Ricky is a former Partner and Managing Director of Wechsler & Co., a broker-dealer focused on convertible securities and Portfolio Manager at Paloma Partners, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, where he ran a convertible arbitrage book as well as a long-short equity book focused on technology stocks. He was also Founding Partner of Amaranth Advisors, a multi-strategy market-neutral hedge fund that grew to nearly $10B in assets and Verition Fund Management, a multi-strategy market-neutral fund. He was also at Tripoint Global Equities.
Ricky received his business degree from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University and resides in Boulder, Colorado.
Josh is an Advisory Partner of AI Capital and CEO of Agorai. Josh previously served as the former Global Head of the Data and AI Practice for Publicis.Sapient. In this role, he was responsible for strategy and partnerships related to artificial intelligence across all business lines. He also was responsible for launching the capital markets consulting business at Sapient which grew to become a multi-hundred million dollar business unit. Josh was a member of the leadership team responsible for growing the valuation of the overall organization from $50M when he joined to $3.7B upon its sale to Publicis in 2015.
In addition to his corporate roles, Josh also serves on the board of directors for NPower, a New York based non-profit focused on mobilizing the tech community and providing veterans and disadvantaged individuals the access and opportunity to build tech skills and achieve their potential. Josh is a graduate of MIT and resides in New York City.
Zane is an Advisory Partner at AI Capital. He is a former Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Managing Director at Lehman Brothers. Zane’s professional experience includes over twenty-five years in investment banking, private equity and new ventures. This combination of experiences has put Zane on both sides of negotiations and led to creative transactions. After his career in banking, Zane built a team that created, grew and harvested a portfolio of companies focused on improving access to healthcare.
Zane received his MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his undergraduate degree from Utah State University. Zane’s experience includes venture investing, private placements, structuring, recapitalizations, harvests, diligence, fund raising and talent acquisition. He resides in Denver, Colorado.
Brian’s professional experience includes over 35 years in finance and operations leadership roles at mid to large financial services and investment management firms. He was the former SVP Finance, Principal Financial Officer & Fund Treasurer at OppenheimerFunds Inc., Chief Operating Officer at Bankers Trust Mutual Fund Services Group, and Chief Financial Officer at CS First Boston Investment Management. Mr. Wixted’s depth and experience in finance, operations and administration contributes expertise and provides assistance in the due diligence and analysis of potential portfolio companies.
Brian received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Creighton University and resides in Denver.
Mr. Rose is a partner of Origin Rose, a boutique R&D firm focused on AI, machine learning, algorithm design and data science strategy and consulting. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of ThinkTopic, a software consultancy specializing in data science, machine learning, computer vision, distributed systems, and custom application development. Prior to ThinkTopic he was the first research engineer at DeepMind and worked there through DeepMind’s acquisition by Google in 2014 for ~$600M which set off the latest hypergrowth in AI technology. Mr. Rose's expertise is in operating systems, algorithms, neural networks, image processing and information retrieval.
He holds both a B.S. and M.S. in computer science from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and he left a Ph.D. program at La Universitá della Svizzera Italiana and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam to join DeepMind. Jeff is an avid traveler and spent nearly a decade living, working, and backpacking across Europe and Asia. Jeff resides in Boulder.
Ms. Cook is currently a startup advisor, investor and consultant for promising science and technology companies associated with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She has had former roles in venture capital at Castor Ventures, the Alumni Venture Group fund for MIT alumni, and startups in the bioinformatics and artificial intelligence technology arenas.
Ms. Cook is a Ph.D. candidate and has her Masters Degree in Stem Cell Biology from the University of Cambridge. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ms. Firth-Butterfield is the Head of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution at the World Economic Forum. Prior to taking this position she was Executive Director of AI-Global and led the Ethics Advisory Panel of Lucid.ai. Kay has worked for the past three decades as a barrister, mediator, arbitrator, business owner, professor and judge in the United Kingdom. In the United States, she has taught at the undergraduate and law school levels and worked as a professional lecturer. She is a humanitarian with a strong sense of social justice and has advanced degrees in Law and International Relations. In her role as chief officer of the EAP she has advised governments, think tanks and non-profits about artificial intelligence. She is co-founder of the Consortium for Law and Policy of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at the Robert E. Strauss Center, University of Texas and teaches a course at the UT Law School for the Consortium: "Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies: Law and Policy" Additionally, Kay is a Distinguished Scholar of the Robert E. Strauss Center at the University of Texas and Vice Chair of the IEEE Industry Connections "Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in the Design of Autonomous Systems. In 2017 she was named on of the top 25 women in robotics by Robohub.
Kay resides in Austin, Texas and works from the World Economic Forum office in San Francisco.
Mr. Minevich is the principal founder of Going Global Ventures, co-founder and board member of the AI Pioneers Forum, and co-chair of World Artificial Intelligence Organization. Just prior, Mark was a Vice Chair of ventures and external affairs and CTO at Comtrade Group, an international technology conglomerate. Mark was a CTO and Strategy Executive at IBM and has also held other management, technology and strategy roles where he formulated the strategy of the Venture Capital Incubation program. Mark is a strategic adviser to CEO and Chairman of IPsoft Inc. in New York. Mark holds roles as senior fellow of the U.S. Council on Competitiveness in Washington, D.C., and senior adviser on Global Innovation and Technology of the United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS). He is an appointed task force member of the B20’s Digital Task Force as an expert in digitization, advanced autonomous systems, and the future of AI. Mark is also chair of Advisory council of Sustainia, a Danish think thank on sustainable development.

He’s received the Albert Einstein Award for Outstanding Achievement and the World Trade Leadership award from the World Trade Centers and the World Trade Center’s Association. Mark served as a venture partner with GVA Capital in Silicon Valley advising Artificial Intelligence startups. Mark served as a venture advisor to Global Emerging Markets, a $3.4 billion alternative investment group that manages a diverse set of investment vehicles. Mark was also involved with Research Board, a Gartner company and international think tank to Chief Information Officers of some of the world's largest corporations including Deutsche Bank, BTM Corporation, Geotek Communications, Qwest Communications, Comcast, and USWEB/CKS.

Boris and Scott head up business development and investor relations with Family Offices, Registered Investment Advisors, Funds of Funds, Pensions, Endowments, Foundations and other institutional investors across North America and Europe.
Boris is a Director with AI Capital and is focused on fundraising in Boston, greater New England and Europe. He is an investor, entrepreneur and technology executive with expertise in operations, business development, capital raising and relationship management for investment funds, private equity, and early-stage companies. As a Managing Director for over 10 years with Boston Harbor Angels, he has created value through leveraging key relationships for more than 50 different startups and brings a strong entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to evaluate investment opportunities. Boris has worked on complex technology implementations for banking and investment management enterprises, applying process improvement and management skills to the startup ecosystem. He holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts (IT Systems and Finance) and is a visiting graduate student at Harvard University. He earned a B.S. in Economics and Industrial Management from the University of Varna in his native Bulgaria. Boris resides in Boston.
Scott brings over twenty one years of comprehensive wealth management and investment experience to the firm. He began his investment career as a stock broker in the late 1990’s and in 2004, he founded Ascent Capital Management, a boutique registered investment advisor (RIA) located in Denver. In 2008, he transitioned his clients to a Denver-based private bank and RIA.
Long-standing relationships with investment managers and family offices has afforded Scott the opportunity to source and deliver alternative investments that are unknown to many investors, including single- and multi-family offices, funds, endowments, and foundations.
Scott is a third-generation native of Colorado with a storied family history dating back to the late 1800’s in the mining towns of Telluride, Leadville, Victor and Goldfield. As a result, he develops business relationships through an extensive network across Colorado and throughout the Rocky Mountain region. He earned a B.B.A. from Colorado Mesa University where he studied economics, finance, and computer science. Scott resides in Denver.
